STUDIO RULES
Inkxeption Tattoo Studio — Miami, FL
1. Appointment & Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $100–$200 (depending on piece size) is required to book your session. This deposit is applied to your final total. Deposits are transferable once with 48-hour notice; no-shows forfeit the deposit entirely.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellation. Late cancellations (under 48 hours) will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Repeated late cancellations may result in refusal of future service.
3. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years or older with a valid government-issued photo ID. No exceptions — even with parental consent. Accepted IDs: Driver's License, Passport, or State ID.
4. Health & Safety
All equipment is single-use or sterilized in an autoclave. If you are sick, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or have a contagious skin condition, we will reschedule your appointment. Please eat a meal beforehand and stay hydrated — Miami heat is no joke.
5. Design & Consultation
Your artist will review the design with you before starting. Minor adjustments are welcome during the session; major redesigns may require a new appointment and additional deposit. Flash designs are first-come, first-served.
6. Guests & Studio Etiquette
You may bring one guest. Children are not permitted in the tattooing area. Keep phone calls and video recordings to a minimum — ask your artist before filming or photographing the process. Respect the privacy of other clients.
7. Aftercare Compliance
Follow the aftercare instructions provided by your artist. We are not responsible for healing issues caused by negligence. Touch-ups within 30 days are free if aftercare was followed; after 30 days, touch-up rates apply.
8. Payment Methods
We accept cash, all major credit cards, and digital payments (Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay). A 3.5% processing fee applies to credit card transactions. Cash is always preferred and tip-friendly.
9. Miami-Specific Guidelines
Due to Miami's humidity and sun exposure, we strongly advise scheduling sessions during cooler months (Nov–Apr) for larger pieces. Avoid direct sunlight on fresh tattoos for at least 3 weeks. SPF 50+ is mandatory once healed — we mean it.
10. Code of Conduct
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Inkxeption is a safe space for everyone. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
